I was fortune enough to get a press pass to attend the Miss Tropicana finals at Club Momo last night. Fifteen exotic beauties vied for the title of ‘Miss Tropicana 2005′ hoping to catapult their modeling career into high gear.

Jeffrey Chung Models co-sponsored the event. Prizes included a $10,000 modeling contract, an all expenses paid trip to Hong Kong and a chance to perform in Hong Kong, a mobile phone, and a Club Momo Membership. Entertainment included several performances by ‘The 3-D Girls’ (Denise Theng, Donna Wong, and Dolphin Chua) whose main attribute appears to be their D-cup boobs.

Note: I used a Canon EOS 20D with a Canon 17-40mmL f4 lens and a Speedlite 580 flash mounted on a SB-E1 bracket. The Speedlite was powered by a new set of Sanyo 2700 Ni-MH batteries. Mostly, I shot in the manual mode (Iso 400) letting E-TTL2 do all the metering.
