As expected with last month’s announcement of the EOS 1000D from Canon Europe, Canon USA has announced the EOS Rebel XS. The name ‘EOS Rebel XS’ is used in the Canon press release. Once the camera reaches retails stores, the name will change to the more simple ‘Canon Rebel XS’.
